"Nicola gave me treatments throughout my pregnancy and really helped with my insomnia and other pregnancy ailments. After each treatment I was able to sleep easily and I felt very relaxed. I really believe reflexology helped me have a wonderful pregnancy and great birth experience. My baby was delivered naturally and actually came a little earlier than the due date."
Deena Clarke, Bromley

"I have been going to see Nickie for reflexology for over a year now, and I have found her to be both highly knowledgeable and extremely professional. A warm and friendly individual she has helped resolve a niggling back injury and has always left me feeling relaxed with a general sense of well being! I consider myself fortunate to have found her as a reflexologist and would have no hesitation in recommending her to my friends."
Eric, Beckenham

"Nickie has been treating me whilst pregnant for anxiety and other complications using her maternity reflexology skills and knowledge. I am very grateful to her for her help, advice and support during what has proved to be a testing time! Nickie is a warm and friendly person who put me at ease during treatments and I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for an alternative way to treat pregnancy related ailments as well as those who just want to try something new and relaxing"
Emma, Petts Wood

"Thank you so much for the session yesterday. It was incredibly relaxing and I enjoyed it more than any treatment I've ever had! I felt thoroughly relaxed for the rest of the day."
Natalie, Catford

"I decided to try Reflexology to help combat stress and also improve my chances of conceiving. I am pleased to say reflexology must have helped as I am now 4 months pregnant! I would definitely recommend Nickie to anyone who has not tried reflexology before. If you are looking to completely switch off from everything, then reflexology is for you."
Laura, Beckenham

"Reflexology has been really helpful for me during my pregnancy. Each session has been a really relaxing experience and has helped me cope with all the usual pregnancy stresses and strains such as headaches, back pain and swollen ankles. Also, I found I could sleep much better after each session so would definitely recommend it to help you feel relaxed and refreshed."
Sophia, Beckenham

Pat Bristow, Beckenham

"Thank you so much for all the treatments you gave me throughout my pregnancy and particularly the understanding and encouragement you showed me towards the end of my pregnancy as I was one nervous mum-to-be! I needed your relaxation and calming treatments more than ever. I will definitely be recommending you to my friends. Thanks again."
Sarah, Chislehurst

"I have had Reflexology with Nicola for both stress and back problems and have found her extremely professional and caring. It is a very relaxing therapy and it is wonderful to be able to just drift off and let your cares and worries disappear. I also find that it helps with my back problems which are long standing and enables me to find some respite from the pains and aches for a while".
